In the world of soccer, we've seen some pretty interesting stoppages of play from streakers to fireworks to the occasional dog on the field.
However, I've never seen a cat on the pitch until yesterday's Premier League match between Liverpool and Tottenham.
The delay went for nearly ten minutes as the cat left on his own volition:
